Course registration
Receipt of registration is confirmed in writing. Registration results in an obligation to pay course fees.
Course fees
The stated course fees are for a baby and his or her caregiver(s). There is no surcharge for twins.
Course cancellation and exclusion of liability
Liliane Erismann reserves the right to cancel courses at any time and without providing reasons. All liability is excluded for damages directly or indirectly incurred as the result of a cancellation. There is no entitlement to alternative courses.
Course withdrawals, unexcused absences, and excused absences
It is possible to withdraw from a course at no cost up to 14 days before the course begins. An administrative fee of CHF 30 is charged for course withdrawals made up to 1 day before a course begins. Only written course withdrawals are accepted. For unexcused absences during a course, the full course fees are charged. If there are serious grounds for an absence (e.g. an illness or accident confirmed by a physician), course fees are reimbursed on a pro rata basis. For other absences or partial absences during a course, there is no entitlement to a reimbursement of course fees.
Liability and insurance
Liliane Erismann assumes no liability for any damages that arise in connection to the running of a course. In particular, she assumes no liability for the effects of potentially improper practices or undeclared health problems or illnesses. Furthermore, she is not liable for injuries, accidents, adverse health effects, or consequential damages incurred during or after a course or consultation. Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
Changes to terms and conditions
These terms and conditions may be changed by Liliane Erismann at any time.
